Event Details
VELOCITY4 is a style of off-road racing that combines high-speed desert racing and challenging rock crawling. It’s a series of off-road races that typically involve a variety of terrain, including desert trails and rock obstacles.
VELOCITY4 vehicles racing are highly modified off-road vehicles designed to handle a range of challenging conditions.

VELOCITY4 involves three classes of vehicles competing for prize money. Below is a summary of the registration and technical information, as well as the prize money for each Class:
Class A Extreme
Limited to 10 Drivers- Maximum of 10 Drivers.
- Driver’s Entry Fee: R5000.00
- Technical specifications include all tire sizes, specified and approved roll cage/bars, certified helmets, fire hazard equipment, signed indemnity, and a minimum of a 4-point harness.
- All tyre sizes will be accepted.
- Grand Prize: R50 000.00
Class B Limited
Limited to 16 Drivers- Maximum of 16 Drivers.
- Driver’s Entry Fee: R2000.00
- Technical specifications include up to 35-inch tires, specified and approved roll cage/bars, certified helmets, fire hazard equipment, signed indemnity, and a minimum of a 4-point harness.
- Tyre Size: Up to 35-inch tyres.
- Grand Prize: R20 000.00
Class C Limited
Limited to 20 Drivers- Maximum of 20 Drivers.
- Driver’s Entree Fee: R1000.00
- Technical specifications include up to 33-inch tires, partial specified and approved roll cage/bars, certified helmets, fire hazard equipment, signed indemnity, and a minimum of a 4-point harness.
- Tyre Size: Up to 33-inch tyres.
- Grand Prize: R10 000.00
